Be Pollinator Friendly

Providing for Pollinators

Native plants provide food and habitat for a variety of insects including essential pollinators like butterflies and bees. The insects in turn are a food source for birds and other wildlife. Although many birds are seed eaters they must feed their young insects (a.k.a. protein) for them to grow strong and healthy. So providing for the pollinators and other insects provides food for the birds as well. As they say - everything is connected.
